Fictional cleaning business · No real bookings

Practical questions

Before you plan a visit.

Service choices, preparation and the details of letting someone into your home. Open a question for a plain answer.

Choosing a service

Which service should I start with?

Choose recurring cleaning for routine upkeep, a deep clean for accumulated dirt and detail work, or a move clean for an empty property between occupants. Condo cleaning adds the practical considerations of a compact home and a shared building. The Services page also describes renovation dust and rental turnovers.

Can a first visit need more time than later visits?

Yes, the current condition can mean the first scope differs from ongoing upkeep. Describe any buildup before choosing a routine service. This demo gives no duration or price promise.

What changes the price?

Size, layout, condition, frequency, requested extras and access all affect the proposed work. Inside the oven, fridge and interior windows should be named separately. No rates or quotes are issued by this fictional business.

Preparing, pets & access

What should I do before a visit?

Clear loose items from the areas to be cleaned, set aside valuables and point out fragile finishes. Identify rooms to leave untouched and make sure the entry arrangement is agreed. Cleaning does not include decluttering an entire home or moving heavy furniture.

What about pets?

Tell a real provider about animals in the home, their comfort around visitors and any access restrictions. Arrange a comfortable separate space if needed. This demo does not promise pet care.

Should I share keys or an entry code here?

No. This demo does not need or store security details. For a real visit, discuss your preferred access method directly with the provider before booking.

Do building rules and parking matter?

Yes. Concierge access, elevator reservations, loading restrictions and parking can affect the plan. Mention the arrangements when discussing a real visit.

I am uncomfortable leaving a stranger in my home. What should I ask?

Ask how arrival and departure would be handled, whether you can be present, what areas can be left untouched and how concerns would be raised. Decide on access only when you are comfortable with the answers. This fictional site cannot evidence a real team or vetting process.

Scope & booking

What is not offered?

Hazardous-waste removal, mould treatment, pest remediation, exterior high-window cleaning and heavy lifting are outside this demo scope. Repairs and restoration are not cleaning services. Interior appliances and windows require a separate discussion.

How would booking work?

First describe the space and service. Next discuss condition, extras, access and price. Then agree on a date and preparation with the provider. Here, the form only demonstrates the first step and cannot book anything.

Do you cover my neighbourhood?

The Service areas page lists indicative Toronto neighbourhoods and GTA municipalities. This is fictional coverage, so it does not confirm a real service boundary or availability.

Can the form contact anyone?

No. The form checks your entries in this browser and displays a confirmation. Nothing is sent, nothing is recorded and no booking is made. There is no working phone line or email address for this fictional business.
