Say whether you want ongoing upkeep or a one-time visit; floor area alone does not describe the work.
Include the journey to your front door
Building entry rules, concierge arrangements, lift access and parking can change how a visit is planned. Mention any booking needed for an elevator and where supplies can be brought in. Share access preferences before a real visit; do not place door codes or security details in this demo form.
