What the visit involves
An empty room changes what is reachable
Once furniture and belongings are out, floors, reachable edges and kitchen and bathroom surfaces are easier to access. Explain whether the property will be fully empty, which rooms are included and whether cupboards or appliances need attention inside. Interior work should be agreed explicitly, rather than assumed from the service name.
Work back from the handover
Share the preferred cleaning date and the time keys change hands. If movers, trades or deliveries will still be working in the space, mention that when planning. For a condo, elevator reservations and loading arrangements matter as much as the room count.
This service does not include moving furniture, hauling rubbish, wall repair or a promise about a landlord’s deposit decision. Cleaning cannot replace a property inspection.

No hazardous-waste removal, mould treatment, pest remediation, exterior high-window cleaning or heavy lifting is offered in this demo service scope. Tell a real provider about any hazards before agreeing to work.
