Before the first visit

A little planning. A clearer clean.

  1. Tell us about your space

Start with the home size, service and rooms that need attention.

  2. Agree on the details

Discuss condition, extras, access and parking before agreeing to a scope and price.

  3. Prepare for the visit

Clear loose items, set aside valuables and arrange a comfortable space for pets. Note delicate surfaces and any rooms to leave alone.

Good to know

The details that shape a visit.

What changes the price?

Home size, current condition, visit frequency and extras such as inside the oven, fridge or interior windows affect the scope. Access and parking also matter. This demo publishes no rates.

What is included, and what is outside the scope?

Routine visits cover accessible kitchen and bathroom surfaces, dusting, vacuuming and mopping. Interior appliances and windows need a separate discussion. Hazardous waste, mould treatment, pest remediation, exterior high windows and heavy lifting are outside the demo service scope.

How should I handle keys, pets and access?

Describe the access arrangement without sharing a key code here. Flag building rules, parking needs, pets and fragile belongings. If you are uneasy about access, discuss how you would like entry and departure handled before a real booking.
